As per the title, food from 1830hrs meeting/discussion at 2000hrs.

We need to finalise any detail for Hazelwood farm.

Training day on the Saturday

Fun day on the Sunday

I would like to discus GPX file sharing.

Find out where people have been out and about on their holidays.

Check if Russel has returned from his TET adventure.

See you all there...........yes I will be at this meeting.

1. Appoint "Volunteer of the year" Trophy.....

 Even if its outside of the officers loop (or within the officers if you want) I can think of a few trail riders who deserve recognition, raise the candidates & start voting wink

 

2. How about raising the 'mileage allowance' set back in 2008 from 40p per mile to 45p per mile (national .Gov recommendation is 45p) check that everyone who attends lane clearing knows about claiming...

I don't have all the details of those those friends who attended last Sundays session, plus the Wednesday before.
