I am emailing you to apologise, that due to staff holidays the process to manually update the February Direct Debits is running a couple of days late and it has unfortunately triggered the lapsed email reminders.
You can be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to enter the remaining Direct Debit receipts and once we have you will receive the normal renewal confirmations, by the end of today. If you do not receive them, firstly please check your spam box as they are sent by a different mail server to the one I am sending this email from, if you cant find them, it may well be your DD has failed this month and we will be looking into it an contacting you by separate email.
