As title really anyone ridden this one recently?, considering riding it for t2t, it often gets trees blocking it though and not sure if I will get time to check it out.

Just please take note of the overlay comment:

"Steep, narrow and rocky lane. At the eastern end, next to the cottage, are two large rock steps that cause riders heading up them east to west to congregate which disturbs the residents so, as this is a lane where a strong and easy case could be made for a TRO on safety grounds, it is requested that groups be mindful of this and limit noise while waiting their turn or, preferably, only ride west to east down the steps."

Cheers,
John

Thanks John.

On GRM it is marked as dashed (but is so short on the 1:50k GRM map you probably don't see it)  to draw members to the Other Details, where I have mirrored your overlays comments.

Whilst I was there today clearing the low branches and brambles, 3 trail riders came by, all going downhill.

Anyway it's all clear for now.

Already know the lane well, and planned going down it.

Last time I rode it was 16th Nov 2025 and it was passable then. Good fun downhill (west to east), a fair challenge uphill for sure (east to west).
