Teign to Tamar, email sent to all leaders and TECs. check your spam!!!!!

Hello all.

Please find attached, hopefully, the final version of the leaders and TECs for this year's event.  There have been some changes due to injury but hopefully we are there with it now.
If you are a leader, please find your TECs and share with them your intended route, so that they can fully support you during the 2 days of riding.
There are a couple of names that I still have no email address for.  Adrian Fursman, John Sercome and Nick ?....who is TEC for Russel on Sunday, please forward this if you have their email.
If you have 2 TECs it is because they are either gaining experience for future events or have volunteered, but not been required for a specific group so are coming along as back up.  It may be that on the day I will need to move TECs to cover for last minute absence.
When you arrive at Parkers on Saturday, go through/under/around or over the barrier and up the hill to the field on the left where you will see TRF flags and a 24MX gazebo. There is some van parking here but also in the car park by the entrance.
Along the field will be a line of numbers that correspond to your group number, park your bike behind the number, as that is where your group will assemble.
On arrival, please find me and let me know you have arrived so that I can register you on my list.  I have some first aid kits to hand out if you don't already have one, but I do want them back please.
The food will be available from the van in the corner of the field, and tea, coffee etc will also be there.
We plan to get the groups moving at 0900hrs so arrive and be ready in good time for then.
Recovery this year will be provided by Steve Venning (thanks Steve) and his number plus the other numbers you need will be given to you.
Parker's farm will be busy over the weekend so please ride slowly when moving around the site and tempting as it may be, the grass banks between the pitches are not for practicing on.
Thanks again for volunteering your time to help over the weekend, we really couldn't do it without you.
Here's hoping for a successful warm and sunny weekend.
If you have any questions, please get in touch.
cheers Trevor
