The Honda was a great bike (the sale finishing at 9.20 on ebay tonight) I have done a lot of laneing on it and kept up with the KTM boys no problem. But with my back problem, I could not ride on the road for more than 30 mins. without problems.
So my long distance ambitions are shot. Hence the return to the laneing god, that is the KTM.
Spent 4hrs sprucing the van as soon as I got it home. She's gleamin' now Insured it today, bit of a sting in the tail in that there seem to be few insurers that'll allow you to use you car NCB on a commercial vehicle. The big insurers do (Aviva etc...) but you obviously pay more with them. It got upped by nearly £100 as a result! Oh well, cest la vie, I'm happy aside from that. Thx
I had the H2 - the one with the hoover pipes going into the tank. Loved it, nearly ended in tears on several trips out with the indestructable attitude
Well I think it looks bloody lovely Rob. Shame you can't road ride anymore but I do know what you're on about. I liked your big red device would have been nice if you could have kept them both.......
Still not as nice as a Husky though......

Yeh, but Norton overcame all the problems of trying to make a small rotary powerful & reliable. They were better than the 4T's but couldn't stack up against the 2T's if I remember rightly. Still, I'd like to see a rotary lane riding tool...
