Who's heading up to the Taffy this weekend? I'm going, will be riding up from East Devon on Friday. Planning on getting a few miles under the belt, then picking up the TET somewhere and following that the rest of the way in. Anyone have similar plans? Will be on the 640 Adventure.
I'm planning out a second day's route for the Oxford TRF lot that are coming down this weekend and as I don't know the area that well, I am looking for recommendations for a place to stop for Lunch somewhere in the vicinity of Stokeinteignhead > Kingkerswell. Also with time being short and me not havi...
Something that might affect some bikes. Just had my Sprint ST M O T done this morning, while waiting he was doing MOT on a KTM 450 and mentioned this year a new rule has come in meaning all road legal trailbikes must now have a number plate light otherwise instant fail. My CRF 230 is booked in for MOT and has n...
Looks like an interesting new take on Ebikes, it's clearly a motorcycle as such but with a twist, or should that be with a pedal https://www.erockit.de/en/home-2/
Don't forget, all welcome to come and chat with Chris, see his bike, and find out more about the world of Heavy Enduro and rallies. -- Edited by jacks on Wednesday 5th of June 2019 03:21:14 PM
Jane h has posted that she needs some help with this event, if you can help her out, either post here, or message her through the forum. The usual tea cake expenses for helpers.

anyone got a silencer from a more modern 4 stroke ...more mx than enduro from something like a ktm sx as they are in line at entry as to the likes of yzf,s that have a length of pipe prior to the actual pipe
My tow rope has seen sterling service but its illustrious career is now over What finally saw it off was towing a TTR up and down the road trying to get it started, Turns out I had forgotten to put the plug cap back on after taking it off to test for a spark With plug cap back on it started with a 2 foot bump sta...
I'm hoping someone will have some KTM electical bits hanging around. I have managed to rip the wires out of the female connector of the speedo pick-up wire close to the bottom of the forks/sensor. There is not enough wire left to solder the wires back on, and I'm hoping to avoid paying the £41.64 for a new...
Has anyone got any first hand knowledge of these? Thinking about buying one, ticks most of the boxes but its still a bit of the unknown. Honda Rally does everything well but, for me, just feels too brittle.
Had a day off Friday (as it was my birthday ) and had a 4 hrs bimble round some local lanes some of which I haven't ridden for a couple of years. Was surprised at the apparent lack of use of some and saddened at the 4x4 damage to others (which I won't post here). Sorry pics are all arse about
anyone broken a bike that has any of the lights /switchgear /indicators /dials etc that could be grafted onto an old twinshock honda xl250 so it could become road legal or at least more resembling a trail bike than a field bike......thanks
Anybody recommend someone who can straingten the wheels out on my Xr200. I tightened the spokes and seemed to have turned the wheels into something that resembles 50p pieces.... Cheers. Sean
Here's one for you, Pete. This is the beginning of a short lane that connects a hive of lanes around my neck of the woods. - (CLUE I live in Budleigh Salterton) One or two of them are quite technical but the above "connector" is a straightforward track. Martyn
One very popular lane has this wonderful piece of organic furniture next to it and I wonder if anyone has noticed the arm chair hewed out of the stump of a tree felled last year and can tell us the lane number?
Taking my son to a bike park soon, so I'm looking to kit him out with armour and a mountain bike helmet. If he takes to it, then we may be happy to spend a bit on new kit, but I'd rather find some cheaper kit for this first outing. I wear my MX kit, although it is obviously heavier. He is 6' (180cm) tall, and slim....
