For info, if you want ethanol free petrol, I've found out that Windmill garage near Honiton on the A35 sells petrol from Southampton, which means their BP ultimate is ethanol free ... Result, and it's on my doorstep!
It is time...I've finally got my boy properly tearing around on his push bike and the deal was if he loses the stabilisers I'll get him an engine!Anyone got a PW50 lurking in the back of their shed? The 1st trial will be held at Preston Combe, near Moreleigh starting at 11.00am. That's about a mile from Wheeldon. There will be a route for trail bikes and the sections will be easy for trail bikes. The recent practice day gave us an indication of the level of section severity which would be acceptabl...
Heading west on this lane, perhaps a couple of hundred yards from the road, there's a small puddle. I took the left rut on the weekend and lost the front wheel down what felt like a square edged foot deep hole just below the surface. At around the recommended TRF maximum speed I ended up in the hedge WTF-in...
Evening, all! I'm after a set of forks from an E or later model S, and also a long-range fuel tank - has anyone got either that they're willing to sell? Thanks very much!

The lad and I were out riding today and my Dad turned up. While we stopped for a brew he stood up on the KTM peg while it was on the stand (OMG) and with a bit of help got on...... He then asked KJ to kick it over for him so he could hear it run - which he did, next thing he took off on it !!!!!!!! After a few 'laps' he ca...
I'd appreciate any thoughts or observations from anyone who has ridden or owned one? PMs probably more appropriate but much less fun than sharing. I know I like the Beta frames brilliantly red colour as it matches the nail varnish I choose only for special occasions. I'm more concerned by whether the...

In the Tavy times (march 17th) there is an article about a petition to stop vehicles using green lanes. It has been prompted by vehicular use of 201-038. In fairness it looks like the 4x4 boys have got hold of it and made a real mess of the moor at the southern end of the lane. There are also accusations of...
Just reading about a chap who is riding one of these around the world. In my head I'm thinking prop stand, servicing, rebuilds etc but no! 32500kms without issues. Naughty me for mis-judging a manufacturer.
Hi all, never hurts to put up a random request. Anyone got a turbo trainer (pref a magnetic one) gathering dust in their garage, they are the funny things you sit your push bike bike back wheel in and go nowhere. TIA Andy
Had a fantastic day courtesy of Somerset TRF on their forest day. Wheeled the bike out of the back of the van when i got home- rear tyre as flat as a pancake (valve stem). First thought that was lucky could have happened during the day. Letting the bike idle after washing it it died. Never had an injected bi...
