I am looking for a spare rear wheel with sprocket and if already fitted with a descent Enduro/ motocross tyre would be a bonus. Inane tried the obvious source, but decided to open it up to a larger audience.

Does anyone know of any beaches in Devon or Cornwall that you can ride on? I've been told that if there's public ramp to the beach, then once the tide is out, that part of the beach can be ridden below the high tide line??
