I'm planning to do a weekend tour around Devon in June. I'll be taking my own tent and sleeping bag (only weigh 3kg) and intend to eat brekky at campsite, lunch on the hoof and tea at the pub next to campsite, so not too much to carry. Both campsites will be next to pubs to get maximum refreshment from the day...

Its not very often that i get on my high horse but recently i have noticed that guys put run reports on here without informing the group that there was a potential rideout on in the first place. taken from the tbm forum and posted by 'dunkman' kinda of sums it up really Before the TFR, riding byways was really difficult for a lot of people but then some bright sparks got together and realised that the way forward was to create the TFR and lo and behold the TFR was born. Just read my April Trail and the article on page 5. As an undecided voter, thought it a good idea to email the local candidates as to their views on access by all to the countryside. It is easy to do, one email to all parties which provide an email address for questions on their fliers. The article in...

Checked all the wiring over last night after me barbecue (probably going to be eating sausages, burgers and pork for the next few days). Am currently reading Mondo Enduro by Austin Vince and his 'Mondo Crew', very good read and inspiring. Doug and I had an interesting chat yesterday to a lady in a horse box who was at first a bit irritated to have to stop for our little entourage, but we took the time to let her know she had a rear flat tyre, which she thanked us for and sparked up an interesting and good natured chat. She was obviously a regula...
