On Sunday 29 Nov at around 2-3 pm, I saw two KTM riders on the fire roads within the Dawlish Water part of Haldon Forest between the A380 and the Obelisk. They were riding slowly and were considerate of the numerous walkers, but nonetheless, riding illegally. The bikes had very small number plates whic...
Out for a ride on Sunday and the lane from Honition golf course to donkey sanctuary we got stopped by a lady who said this is a private lane which belongs to the donkey sanctuary and the security gate should be shut, but it was open. She said the bikes go down the lane too fast, we werent as her dog was loose...
A friend looking for either / or. KTM must be earlier type engine and WRF must be alloy frame model. Condition / standard far more important than year. PM me if you know / have something. Realistic price please (Not for nothing)
Customary ridiculous long shot. Looking for complete gear cluster for project bike, typically 6th gear 17/24 not 19/23 as per rest of 250 and all 350. Happy with blown motor / whatever. Thanks
As the current situation continues to prevent any large gatherings, we are forced to meet on Zoom. Although this makes the continuation of Devon TRF business possible it definitely lacks the attraction of meeting in the Dolphin with a pint. The last few meetings have only been attended by 10 ish peo...
I am after a base like the one in the photo. Unlikely I will find one I know but it's worth a try I found one on MarketPlace in Newbury but the seller is adamant it's collection only Brian

as per title completely blocked by a big tree. I reckon you could clear a path through with some special tools but the trunk across the lane above you is a big bugger. Pictures on its side.
We have had a request from 3 riders from Dorset for a guide. they will be down in Devon for 2-3 days from the 25th. They will probably be staying in mid/south Devon and will be mounted on 250 ish trail bikes. If anyone fancies taking them out for a day, contact Andy direct. They do have a couple of routes but...
I usually respond to overlay requests by return but occasionally they may fall through the cracks so, if you haven't heard from me after a couple of days, please accept my apologies and submit another request. Even requests from non-current TRF members get a reply (but no overlay, of course!). Cheer...
Anyone got a kids bike in their shed, they would like to clear out? My boy has out grown his pit bike, he is a big 9 year old, looking for something complete, not a project. Don't mind if scruffy and a bit of tlc needed. What you got? Cheers Steve
Unfortunately the meetings will have to go back to the Zoom platform for the foreseeable future. It was great to meet for a couple of times at the Dolphin but hey, there ya go. Same as before, if you would like to join us please send me an email address by PM on here and I will send you an invite. For those that...
Excuse the non technical description! Looking at the map, north upwards etc. N of Honiton, lanes 181-036 and 181-041 lend themselves for a triangular loop, up the lane towards Coombeshead Farm, down one lane and back up the other to the start of the farm lane. I rode up towards the farm gate, expecting...
Next year in June, I am planning to take a couple of bikes in a Van to Northern Germany, possibly Kiel. We are then going to ride up into Denmark and on around the Baltic states, leaving the van in Germany. Has anyone got any advise, guidance, good ideas as to where we might leave the van or who to approace,...

John, I'm vice chair in Wiltshire and for 4 years have organised a weekend for Wilts TRF members based around South Molton. I just thought I'...
