During a recce yesterday one of the classic runs out from Parkers is blocked. Not only that but its a narrow lane and you need to be able to pivot turn to head back down. Have discovered a blocked lane at 192-001 near Tiverton. Lane blocked with large load of manure. Have tried to report blockage on Devon PROW reporting service and the system reports invalid location. It appears on their maps as track. On OS maps its a UCR ?

As not everyone can get on lane clearing. 202-036 GRM 5552 Rocombe/Gabwell area Multiple trees down. Met 2 riders at the top, they cleared what they could to get up it. So we rode down it, that was very difficult! No idea how they got up it.
